Yes, my wife put me up to it and it is addictive, fortunately they ration you to one game per day.

Did it in 3 today, thanks to a lucky guess. Could've been 2 but I went the wrong way!

That’s the same as the TV show Lingo. You need Adil Ray looking slightly bored as if contemplating what his career has come to in order to play it properly.

I must admit I'm slightly sad there is no way to go an do older ones. That'd keep me busy for a couple of evenings!

Got it in 4 but managed 2 greens on my first row which helped

Got it in 5 but there must be ways to get access to older ones, can you trick your ipad as to the current date ?

Yeah, me and the fam play it. Sunday I did it 2, BEAST was my start word followed by BOOST, the missus was fuming

did in 3 yesterday but took all 6 today

Type in any 5 letter word on the top line and it will all come clear.

To those not clear...

You're looking for a target word. It has 5 letters. 

First, type a 5 letter word. Any letters in your word that aren't in the target word will be coloured grey. Any that are in the word but in a different place to your word will be yellow. Any that are correct and in the right place will be green. You're job is to work out the target word in as few guesses as possible.

Also, you have to hit enter to submit the line. That had me foxed at first

It reminds me of the old Mastermind game, with the plastic tray and coloured pegs to insert - does that make me old?

I got there in 4 on today's, I'm not sure I'd do that well on the TV version though with the time limit. Unless they are easier on there?
