That is a bargain Mike.  Great specs too and bound to be a lovely guitar.  I'd buy it straight away if I didn't have too many Teles and I wasn't trying to thin the Tele herd.

The first time I saw it was on your - All sold, 'mon the board post.  I was so gutted that I bought a really sweet CIJ Thinline from @BluesyDave instead but then to really screw my finances, it magically appeared again on a  @MikeS listing!  It's now with my Gatton and sounds fabulous through the Swart STR, it doesn't feel as though it's had much playing recently but some TLC on the bench and a squirt of switch cleaner will make it perfect.
