Random Question - Can I convert ring to tip with an adapter of some sort?

I have a switcher that can be used to switch amp channels etc by sending a signal to ring and tip of a trs cable.

I want to activate the tremolo and vibrato on two origin effects pedals so I can control both from one output.

Is there a way to flip the signal sent to tip of a trs cable to ring so

tip < adapter > ring
ring > ring

Is there a cable I can use to do this?

Alternatively is there a splitter I can use to send the ring from the switcher to both pedals at the same time? As they are both in separate loops I could probably engage them both with one switch as one of the pedals would be out of the signal chain. So -

Ring < Ring
           Ring

Does any of that make sense…? Thanks

  • Should be possible to make something that does that.
