EMG wires, black white red, which is which?

I'm wiring some EMG SCs into a strat but without their annoying plug in system.
Red wires go to battery I believe, but with B&W which is ground and which to the switch?

Black = ground
Some of the active tone controls require the Solderless™ interconnect cable blocks to be pushed on upside down. Check the installation instructions for confirmation. The PCB pins should also be labelled on the plastic.
