Yeah...it's also geographically-specific. There have been reports of people travelling a mile down the road and it suddenly works, then they go home and it's broken again (rinse/repeat, same result).

Basically, they haven't got their shit together - it does tell us a few things about their network and content filtering solution, though, which I'm sure they'd rather wasn't revealed.
