Up on the block is this rather delectable Gordon Smith GS Deluxe
Fairly recent acquisition obviously being a 2021 model and I bought it new
has not left the house or done anything very much apart from look rather pretty, which is part of the reason for selling.
The other part is due to the big hike in bills, as is the case for is all I'm afraid, and the need to balance the books.
This is not the typical Gordon Smith work horse that generally appears in second-hand markets with its associated battle scars.
Has the thick body for resonant sound but not the restrictive weight as it is cedar.
It is also very highly specced including roasted flame maple neck and fingerboard with matching headstock.
Additionally has Gold Evo frets , CTS wiring harness and pots, Gotoh locking tuners and gold hardware all round Including pickup pole pieces and of course the Gordon Smith export hardcase and certificate.
Humbucker/P90 configuration with two volumes and two tone controls.
All in all to build now to these specifications will cost north of £2000......
I have looked very carefully to find marks, but am struggling to find much, maybe  slight mark on rear upper bout perhaps....and happy to take more photographs. Case has a couple of marks - cases do of course
Frets have zero wear of course.

I was keen to get back on the PRS train and so had the pleasure of trying this DGT for awhile but have acquired another PRS and playing that more

There is some history of this DGT on the board so I am assuming that I don't have to go into massive detail.

Nonetheless, it clearly is more towards a workhorse PRS and not a case Queen to be looked at from afar

Main thing to point out is a decent bing on the back of the body and some flaws with the nitrous finish on the front

A couple of other nicks including a small one on the back of the neck volute - and I am very happy to take more pictures of course and answer any questions 

Other than that highlighted the guitar is not in bad shape at all, a bit of flame on the mahogany back which is a nice touch frets are sound as a pound for many years to come and it has that wonderful David Grissom tone (if you have the fingers to go along with it, I don't...)

I am putting it up on here first for exactly what it owes me £1400 - SOLD if unsuccessful I will put the other one up for sale - bills need paying……

Collection with a brew of tea is Nottingham, but can travel a little bit for safe handover,

Looks lovely - was this the incoming custom build you referred to a couple of months back?

this was the broad basis for the custom build as it was 3/4 there….
custom build is deferred for now- decided I would lose far too much being so specific should need to sell on 
Losing enough on this one
Thus the switch back to PRS which for right model is at least 3/4 there or more and resale is more robust
