Hiya,
Got an ES-339 pro somewhat recently and I'm liking it very much. Problem is, the previous owner had pulled the 'E' off the pickguard and it looks a bit shite with all the glue residue. He also tried to scrape the glue off, and left lots of scuffs. I am trying to get a replacement, hopefully without the E (I don't like it much either), but I am not finding many hits. There is one on Amazon, but seems to come from China (21 days!). Does anyone know where to find a good replacement? looking for black & 3ply.
Cheers,
Jon

Inexpensive and quick they are not, but Tiny Tone will make an exact replica in the material of your choice.

Thanks, but am looking for something more cost effective. I have emailed Gibson, but I’m not holding my breath.

You should be able to polish it up again. Some wet and dry in fine grits and some polish should do it as long as they're not deep gouges.

Already done that, it now looks matt and it’s still got scratches everywhere. I can still use it, but it doesn’t look good.
    Thanks anyway.

Jacks Instrument services will make you one, slightly more £ than off the shelf, but not hideous from memory. They've made two for me that I designed.

You can either send them your current one, send them a trace of it or send them a to scale PDF/image.

Another vote for Jack's/Tiny Tone (same people). No they're not as cheap as the Chinese stuff on eBay, but you'll get it exactly as you want and they're not crazy expensive - I should imagine you'd be looking at £40-£50 here.

Thanks, I'm going to see if I can repurpose a short ES-335 pickguard. Will post pictures if I get anywhere with it.

A 5-ply pickguard from AllParts, originally for the ES-335. But with a bit of Dremel and some love... I know, it looks BIG. But I love it!
