WTB: Fender CS Masterbuilt / Team Built Relic Tele

Hi everyone,

Hope you’re all well!

I have a birthday coming up and in spite of best efforts, I can’t bring myself to want anything other than to indulge the GAS!

Would anyone be looking to sell a Tele that fits any of the below?

- Masterbuilt or Team Built
- Rosewood ‘board
- Journeyman Relic, Relic or Heavy Relic
- No finish on back of the neck
- Ideally 2017 or later

I have owned this and it is a superb instrument. Really can’t go wrong with that one!!

Thanks, both - it is a lovely looking Tele but alas not quite the one for me. I'm sure it will find a good home soon

There is a masterbuilt jason smith 63 black one on ebay for £3500. anyone else see that? It seems to be priced strangely lower than the other masterbuilts..

There is also a 57s sonic blue 1997 CS with gold hardware there.

I can’t seem to find the Jason Smith 63 - is there something in the listing title I should be searching for? Sounds too good to be true!

Thanks! That is a great price - condition of the case suggests maybe it's seen some real loving along the way, maybe that's why!

I have a Custom Shop rosewood board tele c. 2019 owned from new. It’s lightweight, relic, red sparkle ash/rw, bought in Nashville and chosen as the best from several in different stores. It has no finish on the back of the neck. 6lb 15oz, twisted tele neck and broadcaster bridge. Compound radius neck.
