Neck rail pickup wiring question.

I have bought a Dimarzio Air norton s rail pickup for the neck position of my guitar that is currently HSS configured.

Will I have phase issues to consider during wiring it in?

The current neck pick (and the middle) are jackson J100 stock charvel model 3 pickups.

I have that exact pickup in that exact guitar. I shall have to check the magnetic polarity of the Jackson J100 versus the DiMarzio.

IMO, it is worth having the option of series/parallel interconnection for two distinct sounds.

I was just gonna split the rail in position 4 to link with the middle like a strat.. I'm not sure I could fathom more complicated wiring.
