2000 Fender Deluxe Series Toronado with Flight Case - Now £725 (SOLD)

Here is my beloved one of a kind MIM Fender Toronado, complete with custom made Swanflight flight case and professionally refinished headstock.

The pickups have been upgraded to a Creamery Wide Range Humbucker in the neck position and a BJFE medium output PAF in the bridge.

The guitar was recently set up by Jack’s Instrument Services in Manchester who also did the headstock refinish. The bridge was replaced for a new official Fender Toronado bridge a couple of years ago.

There are a couple of small paint chips to the body and the lacquer on the back of the headstock is lifting a little. Which is common with these guitars, having owned a few. The guitar is generally in excellent shape and both plays super well and sounds fantastic.

Happy to courier. I can also potentially meet halfway depending on where you are based in the UK.

Trades-wise, I'd love a Les Paul or similar. I can add cash to the deal. Keen on a black one with P90’s but open to offers.

For reference on the upgrades… The flight case cost £130, the set-up & re-finish was £185, the Creamery pick up cost £103, the BJFE one was £140 and the replacement bridge was £50.
