LFC probably deserved it overall - But Chelsea should have taken advantage of a 'better' bench and made the game harder for LFC

We play Chelsea at the Bridge on Wed night in the FA Cup - The 1970 final still rankles with me , so will be nice to get something out of the game - It is somewhat of a 'freebie' as surely a PL side should beat us - Yet equally it will be a good test to put up our 'new side' against a PL team

Well done to the Liverpool kids! When all the kids were coming on I thought I hope their nerves are up to penalties but they were fantastic. Bad luck Chelsea. You can't win anything with kids....

Just as well. Don't know if I could take another press conference with Princess Jurgen moaning about the ref's decisions.
    Didn't stop him having a go ;)

I thought that it was a fairly entertaining final despite the lack of goals.

VAR is and will always be annoying.

Didn't deserve that win tonight - Leics deserved to win - Out played us for 80 mins - Good goal disallowed so good job no VAR - They missed 2/3 sitters and should have been sitting comfortably - Then 3 goals in 10 mins and that crowd goes bonkers - I suppose such 'lucky' wins make up for defeats when you know you should have won - Oh well - Going to make that chase for promotion handy - 15 points behind not to long ago

Saying that, it doesn't half pee you off, when before kick off their manager says 'tonight is a big game for Leeds, but not a big deal for us '
Leeds missed a couple of good chances early on, and if they had put them away it could have been a different game. Rodon seemed a bit nervy, and it looked like the pressure was getting to him. It was a high stakes game, and an easy win in the end for Wales 'B'

Fingers crossed Maidstone United can turnover Coventry tonight in the FA Cup.
It would be brilliant to see the Stones get another win and continue there journey.

Everton can breath more easy - For now anyway - Whole process is a bit of a farce - So now we (well other clubs) wait to see what happens to the next set of 'punishment' to Everton + Forest relating to the last set of accounts issued

Not sure  why the BBC and Everton are reporting/moaning about stadium cost - A new stadium is exempt from FFP and the way you show your accounts - The accounts is basically about income and outgoings relating to wages and transfer in/out/amortisation - Youth development and big capital expenditure is not part of day to day trading as far the PL/UEFA and FFP goes - However whilst the capital expenditure is exempt, not sure how this stacks up regarding interest on associated loans to finance the stadium - But 700 million, or whatever it is, building cost, will be exempt from FFP and trading accounts

Think we’ll get 6 points, which is ridiculous as it would mean our breach is comparable with Everton’s which it isnt. But 6 points gives us a chance of staying up if we pick up the points I know we have the ability to.

Now it’s appealed and Everton has set precedent, meaning it’s only fair other breaches of the same nature will get 6pts.  So, if Everton’s 2nd charge is of similar nature they can expect another 6pts, which of course they will appeal again…might go down to 3 or 4 or stayed as is.

Forest is likely to get 6pts from the get go and they will appeal that too.

    It’s far from over yet.

    Moyes OUT.

    NOW.

Else WHU could be back in Europe next season.
Having trouble posting images here?  This might help.

Think I've spotted the problem - KP The Yorkshire Pirlo - Ever since he has been there it has been bad news - Suspended last night and they won - Say no more

If we play like we did against West Ham - we'll beat them. If we don't turn up, much like against Villa, we'll lose, it's as simple as that.

We've scored 4 good goals against them over 2 fixtures this season - and they are very beatable. Hopefully some more City Ground magic under the lights awaits!

Nice work against the bin dippers on Friday night by the way :) Not often I cheer for Leeds but Leicester have become insufferable in recent years.

Thanks - In truth we were lucky and didn't deserve the win - For 80 mins they were far better than us - We've had a good run and at times been excellent - But poor last Friday - But once we made it 1-1 the crowd took over and won the next 2 goals

But I do hate Leicester - Slightly unfair in that I hate my ex-wife's boss - Slime ball - So my hate towards him makes me hate Leicester - But equally I know where you are coming from - Yes we had all the 'what a nice friendly/family club' of fans back then, when they won the PL - And yes it is nice to see a 'smaller' club take on the elite and win - But equally the small friendly/family tag doesn't inform such supporters that they did not pay their fee to the Ambulance Services when they went bankrupt, what 20 years ago - The new owners did not decide to pay it once they purchased Leicester - And of course they did not pay the local contractor to build their new stadium as it was part n parcel of the same admin era - Then let's not forget they seriously breached FFP rules when they got promoted from the EFL and it was years later before they paid a poultry 3.1 million fine - So in that instance alone, committing a 'crime' paid - So yes a nice friendly family club

    But I do hate Leicester
Long ago, when times were... different, I had a work colleague who was a Leicester supporter.  He was alright, but a big, loud, slightly aggressive bloke who probably wasn't averse to a fight if he'd had a drink or two.

He used to come in to the office and greet us as "alright, you cockney cunts", and wander around singing "shit on the Villa".
