    Clayton Acetal Flex 1mm

Enough give for funk, enough rigidity for jazz lines, etc, and a little more surface area which is useful if you have long fingers/thumbs

I hold it closer to the POC for picking, and further back for strumming.
    Sorry - POC?
Sorry, term used in my line of business, POC = Point Of Contact.
    Ah, gotcha.

To answer the OP's question - Dunlop Flow 1.5 mm.

In the last few days, I've been experimenting with my picking hand - curling my 2nd, 3rd and 4th fingers up instead of having them loose.  It's taking a bit of getting used to, but I think it's improved my accuracy on single-note stuff.

I'm still on the Dan's Guitar Store Precision - the turquoise ones. Like a bevelled Jazz III XL.

I tried some of those but didn't get on with them.  @skullfunkerry has them now.
