BD Ideas for 13 old, workstation for piano, synth and br600?

Son’s 13th is coming up. He already has a Yamaha P45 piano and a Korg Monologue synth. I have a little used boss BR600 which hasn’t been used for years, but fully working. I was thinking gifting the BR600, buy a decent two tier stand, piano can go on one tier and the synth and br600 go on the other ie basic but fun studio to play around with. Already has decant headphones.
Any comments, would that setup work?

Something like a circuit tracks or model cycles would be a great addition if he likes electronic music.
