OMG! that's really sad. New Jersey was the best album they made. i'm gonna watch those old Slippery when wet and New jersey music videos in memory of Alec !

They weren't, but I don't think that was much to do with him - more about the disintegration of the Bon Jovi/Sambora partnership and JBJ becoming increasingly dictatorial.

I always thought it was very odd that they they didn't officially replace him for 22 years!
