Wiring diagram for Ephiphone EJ-200 SCE (e sonic2)

I'm trying to work out how the twin jacks on an Epiphone EJ-200 SCE are wired. Does anyone have a wiring digram for this? It has two pickups and two jack sockets.

The transducers and control box are made by Shadow. Respectively, the Nanomag and Nanoflex.
