This guitar has been modded, the EMG's were replaced with a set Tonerider Alnico 2's and an Oil City Pickups 50's Wiring 500k CTS harness.

 

I'd say the condition is pretty good, a few scratches at the back

It includes the hard case, and the case candy bag (with the scratch plate, and battery pack if you so wish to use again)
