BWM Chimp tweed style 5w amp. Anyone got any info on these amps?

I have one of these and was wondering if anyone on here has owned or knows anything about these little tweed amps?

Here a pic of the back. It has a built in attenuator as well as 2 "tone"? options on the back. Also has high and low inputs and vol, tone and dirt knobs on the top.

Are the valves 12zx7 and 6L6?

Yes, the valves are a 12AX7 and a 6L6. The Triode/Pentode switch controls the power valve and will roughly halve the output power in Triode.

From the construction it looks like it could be Chinese-made, but it's hard to be sure. The exposed PT wiring, while not actually dangerous, would not be considered 'good practice' and I'm surprised it has a CE mark... although if it is Chinese, that may well not be legitimate.
