SCAMMER WARNING: Due to a spate of recent scam attempts (some successful) recently, if you're doing a deal in the classifieds, ONLY USE PAYPAL GOODS AND SERVICES UNLESS YOU KNOW THAT INDIVIDUAL PERSONALLY. It's really not worth saving a few quid.
SOLD - Relic Stratocaster. Price drop £310.
I bought this on e-bay purely and simply because I loved the look of it (Normally I can’t stand relics?)
It is made by a relatively unknown outfit called VTT relics, who get good and bad reviews if you dig deep on Google, however I think generally with relics that seems par for the course.
Be under no illusions this is not custom shop quality. However what I would say is it feels good, sounds good and plays really well. Yes there are things you might want to tweak or possibly change but I think for the money it gives a good account of itself. The only reason I am not keeping it is I have just bought a PRS which complements my old tele very well and I don't need three electrics. I am asking
£350 for a straight sale but am also happy to consider trades, preferably an electro-acoustic/acoustic as a back up to my L'arrivee particularly a Yamaha Silent guitar, Godin or similar.
I am based near to Dorking in Surrey.

Weight is 7.84 lbs (3.4Kg)
It is solid, plays really well, and sounds great.
Neck is a C profile with a 9.5” radius.
Fingerboard is a gorgeous dark rosewood with really comfortable rolled edges and medium jumbo frets.
The reliccing is nitro black over butterscotch.
Believed to be an Alder body.
Artec strat pickups.
Mint Yellowed 3ply Guard
Metal parts aged to a dulled and worn finish
Traditional Strat wiring.
No case.
Price drop - £310
I would prefer collection from close to Dorking in Surrey but if necessary I will send within mainland UK only at buyers expense.
