Difficulty Accessing the Site from Mobile Phone

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but for the past 2, maybe 3 months, I've bene unable to access the site from my mobile phone when I'm using cellular data/4g.

If I'm at home and connected to my wifi, then I can browse the site on my phone no probs.  It's also usually fine on my laptop (apart from last night when I couldn't get on at all for some reason on any device).

I've got no browsing restrictions on my phone plan, and have done the usual deleting cookies/cache etc multiple times.

As I say, this has been the case for at least 2 months now, possibly longer.

Has anyone else experienced this - any tips on what I can do to resolve it?

I think the site went down last night for a bit, I couldn't get on to it at all either.

Are you able to browse other websites when on 4G? What phone do you have?

Yeah all other sites are fine, it's just the fretboard - very odd!! 

It's a Samsung Galaxy S10, so nothing overly whacky or niche.  It used to be fine, so I can't understand why it suddenly isn't

Aaaaaaah - if that's the case, then that would explain things - I'm on Three.

Yes, it was Three that issue were with earlier. But wasn't that ironed out?

I'm using a mobile (EE network) and I've had no issues

I'm still having issues 100% of the time when using mobile on the Three network. 

It's bizarre - never had an issue with any other website, just this one...

I'm on Three and never had any issues. Access from my phone all the time with no problem.

Seems like a really weird problem.

@delorean ; it may be that you'll need to change your network provider to get away from it.

That's what I'd do  mate. Why put up with it if you don't have to?

I think that's a rather extreme solution when it's only affecting this one website. 

One website out of potentially a billion (not that I'm claiming to have visited every website in existence!).

Switching networks seems pretty ludicrous to me personally, considering it's just one site, but I appreciate any and all advice

Try using a VPN and see if it still happens.

I have been getting signed out several times last week. No problem signing back in but a bit weird.

Ha yes true, I am complaining about the issue - however I wouldn't consider moving house just because one of my windows was jammed... ;-)

Hopefully it'll sort itself out.  In the meantime, the VPN solution looks like it might work.  Either way, it's only a minor irritation, but I'll just access over wifi or from my laptop when needed.

I can't access this site (if I'm out and about) on an iPhone & I'm on Three.
