    I have an atomic coral HSS I’m looking at moving on. 

    Has had a few mods - new trem, bridge hum and tuners. Price reflects that!

    Cheers mate, already had a peek. As it's my first foray in to the land of 'S' types I'm looking for a bog standard version with a strict limit to my budget. GLWS.

    Keep an eye on the prices at retailers, I picked my HSS up from GAK for a very reasonable £699. 

    Although, both my SSS and HSS required a little fiddling to get them at their best. Nothing serious, just some action and truss rod tweaks. 

    All in all though, they’re really something special. Nick hit the nail on the head with this spec.

    I see that Crack converters have one in in Atomic Blue SSS for £500, Marked as pick up only but might be worth buzzing them to see if they will do Del for you.



     

    I picked a HSS in Pibk up a few weeks back and it's a fanatasic Modern Strat, 14" flat feeling board and a very nice slim profile, My only beef is that the term arm has a bit of bar slop due to the placement of the tension grub.
