Reluctantly offering up my Atlas Premier, I just have too many guitars sitting in cases not getting played.
I sold this guitar twice before but bought it back both times, once for a lot more than I sold it for
Basically, Atlas guitars were hand built in Bangcock by a chap called mr Rintr, sadly he suffered some heart issues and as far as I know Atlas are no longer in production. The build quality is second to none, I have owned many of mr Rintr's guitars over the last 15 years and never had any issues with them. https://i.imgur.com/S9SVNdv.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/xCg62Lb.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/CtXzUF7.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/tM2CS6z.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/xI3GJ4O.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/ATWskJ6.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/elaOxlI.jpg
if I remember rightly this guitar was the 2nd of its type to come to the UK, back around 2008, it was built for a friend of Paul Cummings, the European importer for Atlas. I also used to own the 1st one, which Paul had built for himself, a forum member now owns that one.
here is a pic I found of a cluster of Atlas guitars, which includes this Hollow Body. I have also owned in the past .
the Blue Strat and the quilted single cut.https://i.imgur.com/YAqOiVM.jpg
I have owned PRS Hollow bodies at the same time as owning this Atlas and apart from the Atlas being a little heavier (due to a thicker Maple top I think), there was very little between them, well apart from the price
It has its original hard case, I have tinkered about with it changing the knobs and bridge, but I have all the original bits.
Certainly not desperate to sell and don't be surprised if I try to offer to buy it back, that seems to be the MO with this guitar and me.
So, a pretty rare hand crafted guitar that is in as new condition.£925
I am based in South Beds, willing to travel a bit for a sale
