iam on a mission to accumilate funds for holidays, so unfortunatley my s3 is up for sale

its in mint condition as far as i can see!, not long had a fret dress, but the frets have barely seen any use anyway. 

comes with a suhr skb case. 

EDIT: been a while since i listed it and i have since played it a bit so the frets will have some very minor wear.

i have a picture of the suhr spec sheet in the photos.

body has no dings, or scratches. 

im in swansea. 

no it has nickel frets, but has very little wear because the guitar has been used that much

no worries, not at present, i missed it out when i took the picture of the back of the headstock. i can rectify that tonight though. 

it comes with the spec sheet that is supplied with all Suhrs. oh and of course its truss rod tool. in my experience, Suhrs have never come with tags, booklets etc...

They sometimes come with the spec sheet from the dealer, but if its not with the guitar they are easy enough to come by through emailing cs@suhr.com

Why get it fret dressed if it didn't need it? 

What's the difference between the S3 and the S4 (edit - rosewood vs maple fingerboard, I see now), and how is the tuning stability? 

I was thinking of a Fender Deluxe, though...

is a pretty thing.

there was some very slight wear around 3-5th frets from the previous owner. wasnt really enough to be bothered by it but i had just got it at the time so when i took it to be set up to my preferences, i said make them perfect. i have played it since then though to be fair. 

ive not noticed any tuning issues on it.

Fenders are fenders, the top ones sound great and most of the time the quality is great. i do love their sound. Suhrs are better to play ( in my opinion), quality is higher and more consistent. their sound is obviously a bit different because of the woods and pups. the single coils are very clear, crystaline and the humbucker is a beast, i have the same bucker in my mahog suhr.

The Suhrs sound better, IMO... but the new Fender Deluxe I played had a better feeling neck (but all those electronics I wont use). Are you near Edinburgh (to try it out)? I think I'll probably go for a maple fingerboard Fender Deluxe but this is pretty good - great guitar! You just not playing it these days or wanting something else? 

Don't suppose you've got any demos (not needed as loads on youtube, but curious).

i ve never played a fender that i thought had a great neck. 

unfortunately im quite far, swansea to be exact. 

im actually selling all my gear after this weekend because iam raising funds to go travelling/ move country. 

no i havent sorry.

I have one of these.  Really great guitars.  If you're looking for a Stratalike and don't mind that it doesn't say Fender on the headstock they are stonking quality for the money.
