I heard the AB bloke on R4 this morning. I'm surprised X factor has anything to do with it. Guitar popularity goes in cycles, I think this could be a cycle coincident with X-factor. Despite what the researchers were told

Can't argue with that ... it would be good to see some real musicians/bands on TV instead of manufactured boy bands etc.
