Revelation Baritone (previous Bass VI)

Selling my much beloved and highly usable Revelation bass VI which was converted to a baritone by Notom on Denmark Street. 

Mint condition, with the plastic wrap still on the pickguard. With handy and well built soft case.

When you say converted to baritone, what does that actually means 

bass 6 would be tuned EBGDAE one octave lower than a standard guitar
baritone would be tuned BF#DAEB

So is it just a change of strings or has there been 
other alterations?

Yeah essentially just changed strings and tuned to B standard as you would expect, and then set up accordingly so its intonated and plays well.
