Refinishing in the UK…

Now that my go-to guy (Rexter) is bowing out, who’s great for a full-on refinish? 

I’ve got an AV65 JM that someone stripped and reapplied the nitro on- but it’s way too tinted, has some orange peel and is chipping away on the neck.

is it possible to have it completely stripped, neck and all? I hate how tinted it’s making the binding look. I’m thinking a CFM or fiesta red w/MHS…
