Cool small heads with fx?

The kids are playing guitar now. I bought my son a 3/4 Squier strat and I was looking for a small head that he could use plugged into my 1x12. It would be good if there were some effects for him to play with.

I can't really think of anything like that. Maybe a cube of some sort is the best idea.

If you're going down the Cube route you could consider the Blackstar ID series, older Line 6 Flextone/Spider, Peavey Vypr, and there are probably more but I can't think of them at the minute.  Thinking about it, tiny heads with FX don't seem as common, they mostly seem to be combos.

Blackstar ID would be my first thought.

You might find you plug into it quite a bit though

Thomann has some B stock of those MOOER Little Monster, AC30 or Bassman voiced amps... And then they have the Kustom 5w valve head too cheap - add a pedal or two for fx
