Aria TA-50 in Open G tuning

RockerRocker Frets: 5088
Tuned my TA-50 to Open G today and it sounds great.  Only played it acoustically but what sounded like Blues was the result.  I must read up on Open G chords and other uses for Open G tunings, any suggestions are most welcome.

Works In open G. May well be open C on the album though!

I wondered who would be the first to suggest Keith Richards.  Well done my friend, you won :-h.

But seriously, I think there is little benefit from tuning a guitar to Open G and then learning chords to back standard songs.  [We already know these chords in standard tuning].  So are there any good websites that show how to use Open G tuning.  Or books.  Even if the examples are 'cheesy' standard blues licks, they would be of great value to me.  Thanks.

Erm... but those standard songs were played in Open G ( or C ).

I'm not sure what you're looking for, to be honest. I think most blues licks are played in Standard E (or Eb) tuning.
