    New / old band - last played in  '22. Couple of practices, new singer and drummer, gigged last night and today.

    This is my bargain Vintage v6 - £220 new B stock delivered. Love it!

    Did you sell your Fender custom shop hss and keep the Vintage ?
    @mark123Yep! :-)

    I bought the Vintage as I wanted a spare to the CS with a similar vintage nut width. My other strat has the 1.685 and modern C

    Ended up playing the vintage more, as the trem is better. So the CS went and this is now my main gigging guitar. Amazing what you can get for £220 now, as opposed to when I started!

    Don`t get me wrong, the CS was a lovey lovely guitar, and you could tell it was much more expensive - and I`m sure I`ll have another at some point!
    I missed one today on Ebay that was on for £150 BIN! Hummed and haahed for 10 minutes and it was gone :)

    Selection of vids from the past couple of gigs of The Roudhouse Rats (resident band at The Dashwood Roadhouse near Wycombe):

    (And yes that's me dressed as Freddie Mercury in the 'I Want to Break Free' video in the last clip. Those boobs didn't half get in the way!)

    Dunno if this will work as it’s via Facebook so might not be shareable, but this is some crowd taken footage of my Lizzy tribute band.

    This is the live version of Emerald complete with me playing the proper solo from Live and Dangerous.

    @Logie @Danny1969 @stickyfiddle @digitalkettle ;

    Thanks all. Appreciate the kind words. :)

    Yeah, the band is called Thin Lizzish. We usually play out Norwich way, but we are actively looking for more venues etc.

    We try to play everything as per Live and Dangerous as accurately as possible. I really enjoy doing the shows where we play the entirety of L&D. They’re my favourite.

    Nice. My family is in Wymondham and I’m due a trip home - I’ll have to see if dates coincide with any gigs :)

    A few vides from our Indie 80's gig at the Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth 2 weeks ago. This tends to be more offbeat indie 80's tunes, hence the name

    World Shut your mouth  - Julian Cope cover

    One of my faves -  Wonderful Life by Black

    Remember this one - Tunnel of love - Fun Boy Three (Terry Hall after The Specials

    Prefab Sprout started in my home town/ village of Witton Gilbert! The McAloons had a garage on the bottom road and I met Wendy Smith and went out with her for a bit when we were at Fram College. Well out of my league to be fair :)
     They name checked the town just down the road with the title of their first album “ From Langley Park to Memphis”.
    Cracking Fish and Chip shop there :)
