What's Hot
Hi guys,
My feedback first -->
https://www.thefretboard.co.uk/discussion/190703/I have this on Reverb also.
Incredible 1970 Stratocaster in Original Sunburst color, I put a video to try to describe the beautiful sound of this guitar, killer sound. I will deliver the guitar in person to the European Union so the buyer can inspect by himself the guitar after payment. The guitar looks 100% original to me except new frets as normal use after 52 years.
- Neck: Original specs 1969 neck with pearl side dots, stamp indicates week 21 of 1970, at that time Fender liquidating stock and preparing to move to 3 bolt, this must be one of the last ones with the "good" specs.
- Body: Original 1970 body with correct routings and correct original colour.
- Tuners: Original tuners, correct router pin.
- Bridge: Original bridge and saddles with "Pat Pend" + tooling marks.
- Pots: Original potentiometers matching neck week, 21 of 1970
- Pickups: Original Dark Grey pickups, with correct grey and white wire, date indicates week 16 of 1971, I understand it would be assembled on that date, probably one of the last Strato's with 4 screws.
- Switch: NON Original 5 way switch.
- Pickguard: Original "pearl" pickguard from the 1969-1971 period.
- Solder joints: Rear solder looks original but I'm not 100% sure.
- Case: Original Italian market "Polverini" case of the correct period.
- Strap: Original strap correct
- Bridge cover and Trem arm I am not sure, they look correct and original but I don't have the knowledge to be 100% sure.
- Cable that looks like from the 70's.
Please feel free to ask any question. I will travel to London in March and May this year in case local collection after payment.

Comments
the thing is that there are no strats from 1971 with four screws, so this is probably the last one?
any advice here is welcome.
regards.
