WTB: Gretsch Custom Shop or Proline 6122, Duo Jet, Penguin

Hey!

I missed out on a G6128T-57 on here and am still hankering for a duo jet or similar, ideally with dynasonic pickups. Have been lucky to have some more funds freed up from the sale of my jazzmaster so here I am looking again (endlessly converting gear sold into gear purchased)! 

Also have been equally interested in a G6122, so thought it'd add that into the WTB. 

I’m based near Edinburgh and would consider travelling for the right guitar or shipping if need be!

I’m in Glasgow and I have a DuoJet 6128-BT (BT = Broad’Trons)  

it’s the Japanese Player's edition in Cadillac Green, with all the case candy.

There's a nice looking used Penguin just gone up for sale at Richtone. Dealer pricing obviously, so may be more than you're willing to spend. Looks luverly though...

Thanks for the shout! I saw that one (and it is stunning), but really would like a bigsby. 

Also my pending thing is probably gone, the seller seems to have flaked out/ghosted me

I saw that one, but it doesn't seem like much off the new price that wouldn't have all the scratches on the back etc

I did settle on something for now! There is a shop nearby me with a 6129T-59 in new condition for a fair price. Figure I'd give filtertrons a proper try for a few weeks and, if the guitar isn't for me, move it on.
