WTB cheap strat style guitar, or full set of strat parts

Id like to put together a partscaster and will be keeping the budget low. 

I'm looking for either a cheap* strat (something like HB ST-20) or alternatively, if someone has all of a strat minus the body and neck this would be perfect too. 

Happy to pick up in NW of England or arrange delivery. 

* Needs to be cheaper than the £90 cost of a new HB ST-20.

    I have a navy blue Ibanez SA160 that needs pickups, a back plate, a trem bar, and a fret job. I bought as a project guitar, got it working, then realised I prefer 24 frets. It has a mahogany body, dark rosewood board, 22 frets. HSS for pickups, but it will need those. Made in South Korea 2001 if the serial number references are correct. It's bit of a sleeper as they have gone up in price by quite a bit on Reverb.
