Alvarez ABT60 baritone and a cheap classical

I need to move on a couple of guitars to make way for new purchases... Unfortunately neither have cases so would need collecting - I'm in north west London.

Firstly, an Alvarez ABT60 acoustic baritone. It's in very good condition - I've tried to highlight a couple of tiny dings on the front and scratches on the back. It's strung with Newtone masterclass baritone nickel plated strings, which make it sound much "clearer" than the PB it came with. Retail is a little over £300, so after £150 for this.

NO LONGER AVAILABLE: I also have a "Salvador Cortez" classical guitar. The model is CC25. It has a solid cedar top & laminate mutenye back & sides (which looks pretty nice...). The company website is here https://salvadorcortez.com/products.html but the links to the specific model seems to be broken. As an experiment this currently has 5 TI John Pearse Folk ball end strings, and the top E is nylon, which sounds excellent in my opinion!
