A bunch of guitars for sale/trade. For the most part, I'd rather sell - but I am always open to a trade. I'd like a 'modern' Strat or Tele (Suhr, Tom Anderson, Fender - whatever) - just as long as it has normal truss rod access and preferably 22-frets.
ESP Mirage - £800
Jackson USA Soloist - £2,800
Strandberg NX6 Metal - £1,200
Ernie Ball Music Man JP15 BFR - £SOLD
PRS McCarty Brazilian - £2,800
More details below. Message me for full pictures/video/audio.
ESP THE MIRAGE - 1995-1997 - MADE IN JAPAN - £800
Fun, versatile guitar this, due to the neck pickup and bridge having individual coil tap toggles. It also has a kill switch. All are after-market mods and it has also had its body refinished. Plays very well with super-low action. Has had a very recent fret dress and the electronics fully rewired. Original Floyd Rose, etc.
Bridge is a lovely high gain A8 handwound pickup by HJ Williams. Middle is I believe a Bareknuckle pickups Irish Tour. The neck is a DiMarzio rail humbucker., which splits.
It's what I'd call a bit of a workhorse guitar but is setup with very low action and sounds very Jake E. Lee/80s rock, although coil splits very well, so is pretty versatile. Original case included.
JACKSON SOLOIST SLH-2 EERIE DESS SWIRL (2002) - USA SELECT - £2,800
Really great guitar, all stock (JB/59 pickups, original Floyd Rose, etc.). In great condition with one ding on the upper bout. Alder body/maple veneer. Ebony fretboard. Quartersawn maple neck. 25.5 scale length. .790 - .850 neck. 43mm width. Original case included.
ERNIE BALL MUSIC MAN JP15 BFR (2019) - £SOLD
Great guitar - feels lovely and has piezo, etc. making it a real Swiss army-knife-style guitar. The neck is, for me, a touch thin. Shame, really, as I love its looks and features. 17" radius. Medium jumbo frets. Baked maple neck. Okoume/maple body. DiMarzio Illuminator pickups. 20db boost. Original case.
STRANDBERG METAL NX 6 IN BLACK GRANITE - £1,200
Bit of a funny one this as, much as I like it, I'd never guitar and in this latest attempt to reduce down it has no real purpose - I'd never use it live, as it looks...odd. Plays well though! This is the version with Doug Aldrich pickups. It has a couple of dings, one which I applied nail varnish too because...well, it's just white beneath. The long story is a near-catastrophic fall (I jest not) outside of my house, down a flight of steps. Hence, its war wounds. Original deluxe gig bag and tools included.
I think the piece is fair, considering they're £2,000 from Strandberg.
PRS MCCARTY BRAZILIAN LIMITED EDITION (2003) - £2,800
Superb condition with no fret wear or dings. Original case and tags included. Brazilian Rosewood fretboard. Wide fat neck profile and original pickups.

This model has an original Floyd Rose tremolo.
£800 - no offers. I am losing money on this at this price, which is a huge amount of guitar for the cash.
