Looks like I've sold my Blackstar Artisan 15 Combo . . . Sob :-(  Moving on though I sold the Artisan as I was GASSING big style for a Fender Bassman. I owned one a couple of years back and stupidly sold it but I did have one lined up. However after agreeing the sale of my Artisan the Bassman deal has gone b*****d f*****g pear shaped . . Pardon my French, and it now appears that I may soon ( Thursday ) be completely without an amp.  So basically whats about ????  and Im in Manchester :-)

Id just like to point out that, despite all the video and DNA evidence, it genuinely wasn't me, your Honour  !

Ive owned a couple of Fender Twins ( 3 actually ) but I wont get another unless they now come supplied with a new spine ! !
They are a heavy beast for sure :-) Stairs are a nightmare ! ! Cracking amp though ! ! No question, especially the early 70's Silverface

I always thought these were bad examples of Twins?
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.
