Grain filler or sanding sealer first?

I’ve picked up a body from that Booboo website and after a couple of hours work there are no major flaws left on the body- great! 

I’m going to do a solid coat at the end but before that I’m wondering about grain filling and sanding sealer - is there a right way round? Shall I head down the Rustin’s route?

No need for grain filling then, crack on with the sanding sealer!
