SOLD!! Fender Custom Shop Nocaster 2002 | birdseye/flame neck | 4 way | thermometer case | £2500
FURTHER PRICE CRASH!! Another £150 brutally shaved off the original asking price - oh the humanity...Here is a lovely Nocaster from the coveted 1999-2002 years when the necks were both large, and highly figured. These models are now difficult to find for anything like sensible money, but if you love the feel of a larger neck coupled with some exquisitely marked wood, you're in the right place.

I have all my Teles wired thus, because when playing live I like to use the series position for rhythm and the bridge for lead; having them next to each other - for me - works very well (FWIW, both Charlie Chandler and Bill Callaham agree!)

It should also be said that this kind of compact case makes very good practical sense, fitting in places where a conventional G&G type is uncomfortable/impossible.

Please help the cause of GAS by considering buying this guitar! Collection in central London is always favoured, but i'll drive to make a deal work, and post anywhere in the UK if a meet proves impossible. Asking what I think is a fair £2500.
https://i.imgur.com/z4hPDAu.jpgIn closing, please note that I swapped the (for me) overly shiny neckplate, control plate, knobs, and jack socket for items which are rather more mellow in appearance. The originals will of course be provided should you buy. Personally, I prefer the duller look (!), but the choice will be yours. The scratchplate is a proper Callaham bakelite job, and the saddles are also Callaham; all these extras cost around £100+, although I appreciate they are non-original. All the usual CS case candy is of course also included. Finally finally, the guitar weighs in at 7,8 pounds.
