Soundhole pickup? On a smaller guitar. Advice?

It's a cheap guitar, (but sounds and feels nice) so nothing fancy fancy needed. I measured the soundhole diameter and it is 9.5cm. I had a look and a lot of the pickups don't mention the minimum radius needed, some others do. I like the Dearmond Tone Boss. I had it in a guitar before, but not sure if it might be too long for the smaller radius.
Handiest option would be to just gaffa tape the jack input to the bottom of the guitar body. I would not be precious at all about needing the pickup fitted professionally. I will use a DI box as well.

I have seen some folk suggest that the Tone Boss would indeed work.

That might be the ticket. Any major differences between the A300 and the FT145. The demo sounds cool. I am not necessarily looking for that dirty blues sound in this case (more an amplified acoustic sound), but that dirty blues sound might come in handy for something else, so might get one anyhow!
