Wiring advice needed

Can anyone tell me how to adapt this wiring diagram, so that the HB is split in the down position and full when up( i.e. reversed)?

Hi - just move the position of the earth on the switch to the other side:

To be honest, when I do it and am too lazy to get out the multimeter, it is usually a 50:50 chance I have it the right way round anyway, so I'm forever swopping them round   :-)
