Yes. The old Yerkes-Dodson performance and arousal curve. You just can't beat the boost to motivation that you get from a 3 month timeframe suddenly becoming a couple of days to the deadline

I've done a track I'll footle around with it a bit and then send it in.

Instrumentaly it's ok but my singing is fairly terrible

All done on an iPad Logic.
Les Paul through Nembrini Matchless emulation and my new Classic Vibe J through Nembrini Dark Glass. 

I’m pretty happy with how it turned out other than my singing which is a bit crap.

I chose the song because I really love the bass line so it was a good opportunity to learn it.

Actually got some time today so managed to pull something together and have sent it in.
I have recently bought a guitar with a sustainer in it, I make no apologies for the sickening amount of use it got on this track
