Solid Spruce top

Rosewood back and sides (laminate)

Low action with perfect intonation and no buzz.

Lovely vintage tone, selling due to unexpected chordal melody jazz direction, ( and gassing for a semi hollow/arch top thingy)

Might well be interested in this.  Been looking for one for my pa, whose old Takamine beater has finally given up.  I'm just up in Haywards Heath too, so that bit'd be a snip...
