Guitar Refinishers you would recommend??

I know there's been several topic on this over the years, but it's been a while and I'm guessing a lot of the previous recommendations may no longer be taking work on...

With that said, is there anyone you'd currently recommend/suggest for a body refinish?

Sorry , I sold both of the guitars that he did for me long ago.  Nothing to do with the refins though !

I know. I could have given him a more specific brief and explained exactly what I was after. But given all the recommendations for him, I trusted his judgement and just said do me a light-ish relic tele in butterscotch / blonde, and left it up to him.

Originally a very battered 2TS US Tele.  The neck was a mess - the lacquer was cracked, peeling off and discoloured and Rich stripped and refinished it.  The f/b still looks nicely worn so we decided *not* to leave the new purple sparkle body immaculate, so it has lacquer-checking.  Not convinced Rich was enamoured with my finish choice but he held his nose and got on with it!  Great job.

Here was the state of the f/b.  Reverse was worse:

The checking is only visible at certain angles so is fairly subtle:
