Looking to swap out my Apple Watch for something less smart and more battery...y

My Apple Watch is in good condition, comes with a sports band, puck charger plus nylon elastic strap from Amazon. I bought it from here - please see this post for pics. 

Garmin Forerunner 255S looks to be the ideal for me, and seems about the same price second hand as far as I can tell. Other watches of similar talent considered, but I don't want anything bigger than a 41mm face; hence the 255S

You'll get a day or two of normal use out of it. Generally I could get it to last a couple of days if I didn't do a workout; once you add any sort of intensive tracking then that takes the battery down quite a bit.

I really like it and I'd keep it if I went to cities more often as it's super useful for being out and about; but my main gripe is the battery life (even at 100% health) - I want to be able to be away for a week on the bike and still have a charge; which is something none of the Apple Watches can do.

One more price drop. This is pretty much the price CEX give for a B grade item, so I'll be sending it there if no luck here
