Looking to buy a SINGLE CUTAWAY Hollowbody that has a nice sound acoustically, prefer a non gloss/laminate guitar. Prefer raw/satin wood finish.

Looking to spend around £750

I don't mind if it has pickups, mainly concerned with how it sounds acoustically (deep and rich). But pickups would be great.

UPDATE!

I just came across these Godin guitars...the 5th avenue thin line with the lollar gold foils...ooo-la-la.

And that 5th avenue uptown with the dynasonics looks just like a gretsch! I would love to get my hands on one.

Godin 5th Avenue Kingpin II looks cool too.

  • I have a black Godin 5th Ave, satin finish, beautiful rich dark tone with a Kent Armstrong floating pickup installed currently. I could be persuaded...

I have a 1960s Martin F-50 for sale. It has suffered a headstock break early on in its life which has been repaired. It doesn't look great but it's straight and very stable. I've been meaning to fix it properly for the 25 years I've owned this guitar but I don't think I ever will. It's otherwise in good condition, electrics work perfectly and if not for the break it would be worth approaching £2K I imagine.
