Eastman AR580CE Honey Burst, was originally going to be a Norman Brown sig model but something obviously went wrong with the deal. Top quality, top specification .Ebony fingerboard, bridge, tailpiece and pickguard.

Solid Spruce carved top, beautiful Maple figured back,  Gotoh tuners,  original hard case and paperwork. Weighs 5lb 8oz and is a joy to play.

An all round beautiful guitar, only available as I have another Eastman, an El Rey, which seems to be getting more playing time lately.

There is a small area on the back that has a ding, I will try to get a pic of it up later.

I own one of these, amazing guitars and just silly value for money!

What is the serial no or date of manufacture? I only ask because the older models have nitro finish and a Kent Armstrong pup, whereas newer models have poly finishes and an SD Jazz. A potential buyer may want to know.

I have the nitro finish model but would actually have preferred poly because it is less faff to look after. I have also been curious how the SD Jazz compares to the KA pup.

Mine is 200052, and has the Duncan. cant really say how the SD would compare to KA as I don't have one. 

Ive owned all sorts of archtops over the many years, from cheap Aria's to a Custom Tal Farlow and the Eastman's are just plain great guitars for the money. they have the knack of making a guitar feel as though it has had a life.
