    I loved Danger Mouse... even though I was in my thirties.
    The scripts were genius & the voice's were perfectly cast. Magical stuff.

    The Wind in the Willows was the best. The animation, the songs, and every single voice perfectly cast. 
    Pistols at dawn is for idiots. Pineapples at sundown is for professionals.

    I remember him mostly for replacing Michael Rodd as presenter of Screen Test, which for some reason I found a bit shocking at the time.  A bit like the old joke about Sean Connery steeping aside for an older man as James Bond.

    I had no idea he'd written and narrated so many kids' series.
