A very special reference from Grand Seiko. Keeping excellent accuracy as expected. Carefully used. Includes a high end shell cordovan strap as well as the original crocodile strap.

I’d say these wear on the substantial side for a more formal watch @the_jaffa, you should give it a whirl!

I have pretty big wrists at 9.5" and even 40mm watches tend to look a bit lost on me.

Thanks @Kisfret and agreed.

Here it is next to a 40mm - because of the slimmer bezel and similar lug to lug length it wears very similarly.

That makes sense! For reference, the photo is of my wrist which is approx 7.5"

Thanks both. It’s one of the purest interpretations of what a watch can be. The Zaratsu polishing is beautiful and the dial really pops. It’s also a sensible option that’s not advertising itself so loudly.
