Replacement locking Schaller tuners?

Can anyone tell me what these Schallers are please?  I thought they were M6's but it seems not as the fixing screws are different on M6's.  I want to replace them with drop-in locking versions but I can't seem to find any.

Hamer Eclipse?

Others will know better than me - and my memory may be letting me down - but I think those are pretty old Schallers, most of the ones I've seen have the "S" rather than the full word "Schaller".
