URGENT - Stand in singer needed for tonight - Birmingham

Hi all.

Short notice I know, but our singer has gone and got COVID and not told anyone until the day of the gig. We need a stand in or we'll have to cancel.

Pay would be £120 plus 1/5 share of anything we make from ticket sales tonight. We're supporting a well-followed Oasis tribute so we're expecting a good turn out.

It'd be a 45 minute to one hour set. The gig is at the Dark Horse, Moseley, Birmingham, and we're due on at 7.45 after a load in at 5.30pm.

We do covers of a lot of 90s and 00s grunge, indie, britpop, etc. I can send over our full repertoire for us to hamfist a set list together.

Let me know if by any miracle, someone can do it. Noon is our cutoff to let the promoter know if we can/can't do it.

    Nope, we cancelled at the request of the promoter, who didn't want us to put on a haphazard show and ruin our reputation, their reputation and that of the venue.

    They've instead booked us to play a bigger venue in January to make up for it.
    Just so people are aware. I have no idea what any of these words mean.
