Possible project for someone?

I'm not sure if the break on this is too severe. If the price was lower I'd be tempted, but £100 is a lot for me to ruin.

It's broken below the scarf joint, but looks like a clean break.

He's taken the most valuable part - the Gibson Classic '57 pickups - obviously!

Yeah, I'd have taken a punt if the pickups were still there! From what I remember reading while I was researching my repair project, the break being there isn't too bad as long as the board is ok. Only danger is hitting the truss rod white routing for channels. I wonder if that's a long enough break to not need channels though?
