Advice on running gear?

    Agree that running tights are not at all essential, shorts are fine in all weather. You soon warm up once you get going. The only thing I’ve found essential is a zip pocket to put a key in.

    I generally wear long trousers or tops when it's raining and windy because the chaffing is horrible.
